We loved the peaceful location. There are beautiful 180 degree views of rolling Devon hills, seen from both the cottage interior and decked balcony. Everything is well maintained, there is a well equipped kitchen, and beds are super clean and comfy. Angela, the owner, is very meticulous with her cleaning regime at changeover time in the cottage, so you can be confident in these difficult times that everything possible has been done to make your stay safe. Nothing was too much trouble, and we enjoyed our regular chats! If you can drag yourself away from the views, there are some lovely seaside towns within a short drive, our favourite being Teignmouth.
